Dr. Kudzai Dombo is a board-certified
obstetrician-gynecologist and Menopause Society
Certified Practitioner with over 20 years dedicated
to women’s health.

Her career spans continents and communities,
including service with Doctors Without Borders
and clinical and advocacy work across the globe.
Across these settings, she has seen firsthand how
women navigate complex physical and emotional
changes, often without the information or support
they need.

Most recently, she served as a practicing physician
and Director of Advocacy and Outreach at Alloy
Women’s Health and the Akasha Center for
Integrative Health, with a focus on midlife and
menopausal care.

She has spoken for organizations including the
NAACP and ACOG75, and contributes to national
conversations on women’s health through her
writing and media appearances. Her work has been
featured in Oprah Daily, The Boston Globe, and USA
Today.

Her approach centers on menopause, hormonal
health, and long-term wellbeing, guided by a
whole-woman perspective that reflects how health
is experienced in real life.

Expanding access
across borders

Her career spans continents and communities,
including work with Doctors Without Borders and
clinical care across Sri Lanka, Cambodia, El
Salvador, South Africa, Haiti, and the United
States.

Across every setting, one pattern has remained
consistent. Women are navigating complex
physical and emotional changes, often without
the information, support, or access they need.

This understanding shapes Dr. Dombo’s work
today. Care must be medically sound, but it must
also reflect the lived realities of the women it
serves.

BEYOND THE CLINIC

Speaker, collaborator,
and global advocate

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Dombo is a
speaker and advocate focused on expanding
access to menopause and women’s health care
globally.

In addition to serving as Director of Advocacy and
Outreach at Alloy Women’s Health and working
with The Akasha Center for Integrative Health, Dr.
Dombo speaks at women’s health conferences
such as ACOG75.

Her work is grounded in the belief that women
deserve to be informed, supported, and taken
seriously at every stage of life.
